Plasma eyelid lift

What is Plasma?

Plasma is the brain child of Professor Giorgio Flippi. It is a high performance device created for use in cases where the use of laser or radiofrequency is difficult. Plasma is one of the latest technological innovations available in Europe for aesthetic use and offers a non-invasive (that’s right – no surgery!) option to many skin problems and afflictions *.

Ablase Method Treatment

Ablase is a medical device which allows us to rejuvenate skin in a natural and safe manner. It uses techniques to eliminate the inevitable signs of ageing. It is a non-invasive treatment and does not overheat the surrounding tissues.

This medically certified Ablase Medthod is ideal for;

• wrinkles around the eyes and mouth

Healing time varies between patients. Scabs start falling off around day 5. Patients follow a post treatment protocol and we will recommend whether further sessions are required.

The Procedure

As with any skin treatment or procedure, more than one session may be needed *. Once a session is complete tiny little scabs or crusts may form in the areas that have been treated. These may last for a few days *.

After the scabs or crusts shed, the skin underneath will be a pale pink. A medicated liquid foundation is applied straight after the treatment; this will assist the healing process and provide a form of cover or camouflage for the patient. There may also be slight swelling in the area. The length of a procedure will vary from patient to patient, but make provision for at least an hour.

The Cost

Cost depends on the size and depth of the scar or other area to be treated, such as eyelids. We suggest that you book a consultation with Dr Botha in order for her to make a full assessment.
